Overview

Assess the market potential and develop new business opportunities while at the same time increase revenue from existing customers.  Achieve and exceed Revenue targets set by Corporate Revenue Director.  Sales Manager will be leading two properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continuously update local market research
• Sell incremental room nights for assigned properties
• Develop and execute hotel’s marketing plan

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma. Higher level education preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory level position.
• Willing to travel and must possess a valid driving license and insurance that meets all state requirements.
