Overview
Responsible to register guests, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates and amenities. Create and ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
Ensure guest service standards of the guest arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are met.
Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
Take reservations or be able to determine when to use the reservation forwarding option. Knows cancellation policies and procedures.
Understands procedures and uses the “LEARN” method when handling guest issues. Uses proper guest recovery techniques when dealing with unsatisfied guest.
Knows all safety and emergency procedures and is aware of accident prevention policies Follow proper procedure for reporting guest or employee incidents.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
One year of work experience in a service-related position.
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle and be accountable for monetary transactions.
Requires grasping, writing standing for long periods of time, repetitive motions, visual activity, hearing and verbal communication.
