Overview

Responsible to register guests, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates and amenities. Create and ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest service standards of the guest arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are met.
  • Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
  • Take reservations or be able to determine when to use the reservation forwarding option. Knows cancellation policies and procedures.
  • Understands procedures and uses the “LEARN” method when handling guest issues. Uses proper guest recovery techniques when dealing with unsatisfied guest.
  • Knows all safety and emergency procedures and is aware of accident prevention policies Follow proper procedure for reporting guest or employee incidents.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of work experience in a service-related position.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to handle and be accountable for monetary transactions.
  • Requires grasping, writing standing for long periods of time, repetitive motions, visual activity, hearing and verbal communication.
